Composite Brake Block is a metallic brake block replacement for rail braking system installed on passenger cars and wagons on CC Wheels used by PT. Kereta Api (Indonesian Railways).

Designed for maximum braking on 90 km/hour passenger car and rail wagon at max. speed of 60 km/hour.

Composed of three main elements:
- Reinforcing fiber
- Organic/inorganic filler
- Resin Bound.
